Promote ICW Latin America's strategy on capacity building for theempowerment of women with HIV so that they can claim and defend theirhuman rights, particularly sexual and reproductive rights and violence againstwomen. ICW’s strategy contemplates socialinnovation methodologies forempowerment, based on the theater of the oppressed and popular feministeducation which uses bodies, emotions and artistic elements to promotecritical and participatory reflection on women's oppressions andemancipation alternatives.
