Monday, July 6
Join us as we kick off HIV2020 with opening remarks by leaders from UNAIDS, The Global Fund, Mexico's CENSIDA, and The Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Netherlands! This will be followed by a community response from a panel of advocates from around the world.
Tuesday, July 7
The session is about closing the circle between global advocacy and regional and national movements. Using examples from NSWP and INPUD and regional perspective from LANPUD and national perspective from KESWA, and a donor perspective from the Global Fund, the aim is for participants to re-define the paradigm and close the circle between global advocacy and regional and national movements.
Wednesday, July 8
An introduction and update to the global movement to end HIV criminalisation.
This year, the online version of Beyond Blame is a unique opportunity for both new and long-established activists to learn about and join the growing, global movement that advocates against HIV criminalisation – unjust criminal laws, policies and practices that regulate or punish people living with HIV.
Thursday, July 9
This session will create a dialogue between funders and key-population ledcommunity organisations. It will aim to demystify funder practices for grantseekers, while also providing feedback to funders on how to reduce or removebarriers for supporting community-led work. + Learn More
